K. Juno
K. Juno is a female rock singer/songwriter from Japan,[1] mainly singing in English. There are many collaborative works with other artists as well as her solo works. She also speaks Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Music style
- As a vocalist, Juno sings like '80s hard rock singers with a comfortably long-lasting, sometimes extremely high-pitched voice, while she writes rather '70s rock flavored music.
- Juno also wrote the lyrics to the theme song for the Japanese CG animation Voices of a Distant Star by Makoto Shinkai, titled "Through the Years and Far Away (Hello, Little Star)".
- She also works with Wave, one of the most popular doujin creators in Japan, where Juno challenges many styles and develops her power of expression.
